GenZ Founders Society is a founders’ community based in Riga, Latvia. You can contact us at apply@genzlatvia.com.

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, birth year, city, LinkedIn profile or website link, company name and description, company stage, and your answers to the application questions.

When you email us, we collect the information you choose to include in your message.

We use this information to review membership applications, contact applicants, organise events, and send community updates. We only send updates when you have agreed to receive them.

We process your data based on your consent, which you give through the checkbox on the application form, and our legitimate interest in running and developing the community.

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers needed to run the community: our hosting and database provider, Lovable Cloud / Supabase, and our email provider. They process data on our behalf.

Partners never receive member data without the member’s permission.

We keep members’ data while they are members. We delete rejected applications after 12 months. We will also delete your data when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

If you are under 18, you need consent from a parent or guardian before applying.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or receive a portable copy of your data. Email apply@genzlatvia.com and we will reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) at www.dvi.gov.lv.

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
